  • Where do i meet my driver at Miami Airport (MIA)?
    We customized our services to our client`s convinience. You can request a Curbside Pickup in advance or a Meet & Greet Service inside the airport terminal. MEET & GREET Domestic flights The chauffeur will be waiting for you inside the terminal at the baggage claim carousel assigned to your flight holding a name sign. MEET & GREET International Flights/Customs The chauffeur will be waiting inside the terminal outside the customs door area holding a name sign. Passenger(s) must clear customs and retrieve their luggage first. CURBSIDE PICKUP Not available for international flights. IMPORTANT Curbside Pickups may take between 5 minutes up to 30 minutes or more depending in how busy the airport is at the time of your pickup. Airport`s Law enforcement won`t allow any vehicle to wait on the curbside.
  • Where do i meet my driver at Fort Lauderdale Airport (FLL)?
    We customized our services to our client`s convinience. You can request a Curbside Pickup or a Meet & Greet Service inside the airport terminal. MEET & GREET Domestic flights The chauffeur will be waiting for you inside the terminal at the baggage claim carousel assigned to your flight holding a name sign. MEET & GREET International Flights/Customs The chauffeur will be waiting inside the terminal outside the customs door area holding a name sign. CURBSIDE PICKUP Must be requested in advance at the time of booking. With of without checked bags, please go down to the Arrivals Level (Ground Level) and claim your luggage (if any). Once you are ready to be picked up, go outside the terminal and let your chauffeur know your exact location. IMPORTANT Curbside Pickups may take between 5 minutes to 20 minutes or more depending in how busy the airport is at the time of your pickup. Airport`s Law enforcement won`t allow any vehicle to wait on the curbside.
  • What`s the best and easiest way to book a Car Service?
    Booking is very easy using your smartphone, tablet, Laptop or desktop computer. We also have customer service representatives 24/7 that can be reach at 786-647-6420
  • Do i get a confirmation email after my reservation is confirmed?
    Yes. You`ll get an email once your reservation is confirmed. You can use your confirmation number as a reference when you call to speak to our customer service team. A valid credit card informtion is requiered to confirm a reservation.
  • Why eating in the vehicle is not allowed?
    Food odors can stay in vehicles for several hours. We want to make sure you and the customer right after you will get in a vehicle that not only looks great but smells great as well.
  • Do you provide Baby Car Seats?
    Yes, we do. Please reffer to Terms & Conditions page to learn more about our car seats policy.
  • Can i book over the phone?
    Yes. We are open 24/7 to take that call.
  • How far in advance i need to book to secure the car?
    Although we always will do our best to get you in one of our vehicles, availibility, traffic conditions etc. plays a big role in getting a car. That`s why we recommend to book your service ahead of time. At least a few hours before.
  • Can i ask the driver to make an extra stop?
    Yes. You can. But when you do extra charges for that additional service will be added to your final bill. Please reffer to our Terms & Conditions page to learn more about it.
  • Can i smoke inside the vehicle?
    No. Chauffeurs are instructed to terminate the service and your credit card will be charge in full for the booking. SMOKING INSIDE OUR VEHICLES IS NOT ALLOWED. You can ask your chauffeur to wait for you for a few short minutes while you smoke outside the vehicle right before your service starts.
